Lost Planet 3.. Gotta love them prequels to the sequels

Yet another prequel game that pre-tell the human colonial of the planet EDN-III. Thanks to Spark Unlimited, this 2014 prequel to the sequel game has return to its RPG FPS genre rather than the arcade-like genre... (I'm looking at you Lost Planet 2)
When I first installed this, I was like.. "meh, its gonna be like Lost Planet 2 and EDN-III has frozen again".. then I got to play an RPG of the blue collar giant robot monster killer guy named John Peyton... actually more like he is already old and was telling his granddaughter Diana about how they ended up in EDN-III and the whole gameplay is reliving his story.
The whole gameplay consist of your usual LP monster hunting but what Spark Unlimited did was added a horror survival theme in it. The game has me playing in abandoned outposts which has that eerie lights and weird noises... kinda reminds me of Dead Space.. and yea, I got to go toe-to-toe with some giant crab Akrid..
I wont be going through the whole storyline here else i might reveal some spoilers. The only thing i found lacking was the instant travel part where you actually have to go the the edge of the map to fast travel also the umbilical support thingy (kinda forget the name) where you will only get radar and nav point support if you are near your Rig (a.k.a Giant Robot that B**ch slap Giant Monsters). Storyline wise, I am a big fan of sequels, prequels game franchise that have great storylines... so I'm gonna give this a thumbs up because you kinda get that character immersion feel (2nd to Mass Effects) which leaves me satisfied and pleased.
I would recommend this to gamers that enjoys a good storyline RPG game and likes to take their time playing it...trust me, you can't rush a good story.
Overall, the plus point was that it has a good storyline and immerse character gameplay, and if you are a big LP fan, this is a must grab...though you'll find how it is connected to the main protagonist of Lost Planet 1..

Game Review: Remember Me

Yeah~ about my blog's layout.. further enhancing need. but lets do a review about the game Remember Me.
Released on 3rd June 2013 (last year) on the PC, it is a 3rd person platformer / combat / exploration... yes, it means there are some a lot of puzzle solving. But what made it interesting was the in game graphics which was superb! As expected for a game powered by Unreal Engine, the same engine that runs DMC. For further on the game specs, visit the wikipedia page.
Now, the game features rich in-depth storytelling along with character immersion... so expect a lot of feels. I'm not gonna spoil the rest of the game's features but the story generally goes as follows
In the future of a dystopia named Neo-Paris, memories can be sold and bought. It is commercialized and thus humanity have become addicted to it. A revolution is needed, and you play as Nilin... an Errorist (terrorist pun much?) who has the ability to remix a person's memory a.k.a change a person's memory. This leads to that person to have a different look in life. Your goal is to take down Memorize, the company that commercialized memories (see the relation of the names there?). You'll have to jump, drop, navigate, and often fight your way around as you attempt to reach your goal. Expect a lot of dying and feeling.
Now, what I look forward was the character and storyline immersion on par with Mass Effect... though its seems to not be on par but it does leave you with a lot of feeling. Prepare to stop, lie on floor, and feel/cry. It took me 4 days of 4 hours gameplay, though I skipped a lot of collectables. Again, it has superb in game graphics and scenery. I recommend you guys to play this game on Errorist mode (normal). and as always, thanks for reading.

Samsung Grand 2 review

Hi, this will be my first entry to this blog and i'll be doing the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2.
First off, the one thing that caught my attention was the Quad-core Cortex processor running on a 1.2GHz... which in my book, was already considered a high end device. Another thing was the huge 5 inches display with 720px resolution, can be considered HD~ and the RAM is 1.5Gb good enough for most apps to run. and what surprises me was the price tag on this bad boy... an average of RM1.3k.
With its 2-SIMs slots, travellers are offered dynamic cellphone service providers. Like for me, I'll use one for business purposes and the other for personal purposes without the need to carry 2 phones.
It is running on an Android 4.3 JellyBean which was the last update for the JellyBean, not sure if there will be an update for KitKat.
I've bought one, and surprisingly it passed my performance test running smoothly on games such as Asphalt and Cytus.
The only downside was the 8 MP camera, 8Gb internal memory and the plain design~ but still, the memory is extendable up to 64Gb using MicroSD and a high end phone with a mid range price.. I can say that its good better enough for those who are on budget but seek a good quality phone.

Excuse the bad quality photo~ was in a hurry
